Yogi Adityanath government plans to open 500+ diagnostic centres in the next 2 years with private partnership.
UP cabinet minister Sidharth Nath Singh said the government had received encouraging response from top private hospitals for establishing the network of more than 500 diagnostic centres, aimed at promoting availability of affordable medical services to the poor.
Speaking at the 15th Indo-US Economic Summit of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, North India Council, at New Delhi recently, he informed the state was also opening 13 new medical colleges for grooming qualified doctors and paramedical staff.
Commenting on the business climate, Singh underlined UP was becoming a preferred investment destination owing to the steps being taken to spur industrial development by cultivating a conducive environment.
